CL: Gran Meliá Hotel de Mar. ?:&nbsp;El Chocolate es el apodo que los mallorquines dieron al Gran Meliá Hotel de Mar, diseñado por el reconocido arquitecto José Antonio Coderch en 1964, debido a su icónica fachada de azulejos marrones. Este encargo consistía en poner un nombre al pool bar de este emblemático hotel. El nombre Bombon no solo hace referencia a “El Chocolate”; también hace un guiño a una de las piedras angulares de la gastronomía veraniega de Mallorca: el bombón helado. Un helado de nata o vainilla recubierto de una fina capa de chocolate.
